Pros: easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to emergency (or non-emergency but essential repairs). In addition, the workers are very reasonable especially if you speak with them in person. Overall, they were very like-able. Cons: Upon initial move in, several things were not cleaned. For example, cabinets, tubs, window sills. Although we were told all of those would be cleaned before we moved in, they were not. In addition, they never followed through with minor repairs we were told would happen after the move in inspection. At the end we were still charged with a cleaning fee of about $100 which was frustrating considering the condition when we moved in; but I guess we were held to a MUCH higher standard than the previous tenants.

It was nice to have someone who would spend the time to retrain me on proper usage. Jeff, Sue and Jeremy helped me out with everything, taught me a few things I didn't know. when I picked up and returned the equipment it was very easy, no hassle. Even though my family damaged one of the units. They where very understanding and worked with me to get the problem resolved .The location is just perfect access to the Interstate. There was a pop-up cookie place, Millie's Mama Bakes. I'm not sure if it's there daily. If it's there, order the cinnamon roll. It was the best I've had! The room I had was very spacious and updated. There was a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. I had a very comfortable night here. It was a very casual check-in and check-out process. You can arrange for an early check-in or later check-out if needed. The property management that runs this place is very accommodating.
