Pros: easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to emergency (or non-emergency but essential repairs). In addition, the workers are very reasonable especially if you speak with them in person. Overall, they were very like-able. Cons: Upon initial move in, several things were not cleaned. For example, cabinets, tubs, window sills. Although we were told all of those would be cleaned before we moved in, they were not. In addition, they never followed through with minor repairs we were told would happen after the move in inspection. At the end we were still charged with a cleaning fee of about $100 which was frustrating considering the condition when we moved in; but I guess we were held to a MUCH higher standard than the previous tenants.

Everyone had a bed and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to relax and visit. We had two VERY minor issues and made a phone call. He's right--but not in the way he meant. After dealing with Spartan Management, I now have a deep appreciation for what an actual management company should be. I have a job, that's how I pay rent, you sent me a text at 9:00 on a Tuesday to submit additional information for screenings, and then at 12:30 I got a text saying that the property was gone... to the applicant you ALREADY had when the agent TOLD me to apply! That was an incredible waste of time and money for me, and your callousness about it all is noted. Don't worry about keeping my application on file, I already found another rental, with another manager. I'm a prime candidate. I'm sure this property owner would be really happy to know that you chose an applicant with a dog to move into her pristine house with brand new white carpets, when she specifically asked for no pets, when my application was already submitted and she (from what I was told) preferred me because I didn't have pets. You don't have the best interest of property owners or tenants in mind, you just want to move properties and you don't care if you bulldoze people to do it.

Used the garage door opener to get in and clean the crud in the oven. Welcome home. In your defense, you did eventually send a locksmith to key all. Funny when he told me you where whining about being "thrown into the middle of this." lol. You're the selling agent, being paid tens of thousands to settle these issues. No wonder things were left unresolved. No need for a response. It's too late. And certainly, don't give me the "sorry you're feeling this way." These are not feelings. These are undisputable facts.
