Only found out my tenants were not renewing the lease through my lawn guy. When I found out I called and emailed several times to no response. Opted to sell the house, although I would love to continue renting they completely lost my trust. When selling they failed to enforce the clause in the lease allowing showings even when the tenants were still occupying the house. Zero contact for months, but collected their cut anyway, then gave the tenants their entire security deposit back despite damages, and it's irrecoverable. Very disappointing. May be very good if you're in the area and can keep an eye on them, but if you're PCSing or moving out of state, beware.

It's about an hour off of 95. It has spacious rooms and a dynamite breakfast. Our hosts, Scott and Karyl, were wonderful and we had interesting conversations. Played pinehurst #2 Was told from the pro shop the Caddie…read moretip was $50.00/ bag. After the round the caddie disputed the rate. Said they(The caddies) usually get $100 per bag. He stormed off. He acted pissed off when we only had $120 between the two of us. Everything else at the resort was amazing. Some of the best hospitality that I'm ever witnessed. If you plan on playing #2 I would no ask the caddie up front what their normal gratuity is.

My room, 336, had the smallest, most uncomfortable, cramped bathroom in any place -- budget, moderate, luxury -- I've ever stayed. No place to put toiletries. Impossible for two persons. I received an on-line survey when I got home. I responded by stating much of the above. Their response? Crickets. Great golf courses, but avoid staying at the resort at all (unconscionable) cost.

Wow, this is definitely a hidden gem, and i am not sure that i want to share it with you all…read more This is a family owned business that grows their own strawberries. Every year we go there, even though it'll take over an hour to drive to, it is well worth the strawberries. These are all pick your own and are non GMO based. They aren't sprayed with pesticides and are able to be eaten off the vine. They had some of the largest strawberries I've ever seen (outside of the genetically modified ones you may get from the stores). They have tons of rows of strawberries to pick from, and there is rarely a chance to find any rows that are completely empty. They sell them at $3/pound, which in my eyes, is great, especially for the quality of these strawberries. This year was a little different, as they were also growing cabbage, lettuce and rhubarb. *though you couldn't pick your own, it was available inside their little cozy store* They had a great selection of hanging flowers as well and we picked one up to hang outside of our house. If you like ice cream, they have locally sourced ice cream that was amazing. my kids love eating it every time. Overall, this is definitely the best place to do 'pick your own' strawberries, and definitely worth the drive.
