She did cataract removal operations on both of my eyes, and she phoned me at home three times to discuss which lenses would work best for me. The operation itself went so well that after lying on the operating table for some time, I asked when the procedure would take place, and she and her assistants laughed and said it had already been done! So no pain, and an outstanding job. As to her high charges, that isn't her choice, but rather Sutter's; and it all depends on your insurance. My co-pays have been very low. A cataract operation if you have Medicare is basically free, unless you choose a special lens, as I did.

However, once I got checked in which was less than 5 minutes, Dr. Bosetti came out to the waiting room and said he would be right with me...and, he was. I was taken in the back office and had 3 eye exams by the assistants before Dr. Bosetti came in. The care I received by all the staff was efficient, yet thorough. My mother has age-related macular degeneration, so I keep up with my annual eye exams. When I was filling out the required office paperwork, it said be prepared for an hour and a half to two hours for your appointment. Wow! That's unheard of unless an office isn't efficient. Not the case here. Dr. Bosetti is kind, professional and empathetic. He actually listens and is very thorough. I left with two prescriptions for an eye infection that I thought was allergy related and recommendations for supplements and drops. I felt very well taken care of and have a better understanding of my eye health. Glad I found Dr. John Bosetti.

She keeps meticulous records, maintains a friendly office atmosphere and always makes sure to call and check for upcoming appointments. I used to see Dr. Bisek regularly, but now I see Dr. Serby.
