This was a particular concern on my part because you installed it during the winter. As this is a rental property, we were unable to see the lawn until early summer. When we saw it, over half the sod was dead. This was despite the fact that you installed the sprinkler system and our property manager confirmed it was working the whole time. The fact that you refuse to even come out to inspect it yourself and claimed that it was an issue on our part or the lawn company speaks volumes . We have owned several properties here on Sunset for many years and as you know it is a small community.

I explained I was not home, but he was very belligerent and frustrated toward me because I didn't recognize it when they were delivered. I guess they don't look at them when they receive deliveries for their customers so he sees it's as my mistake. I allowed them to stain the steps, which ended up looking good. I probably will not do business with them again when I add uplighting to my yard. I was also surprised when they told me they add 3% to the bill if I use a credit card. Called them spoke to Krystal one of the owners, very pleasant, very knowledgeable. The bonus was that both she and her husband are certified Arborists just what I needed. Living in an EXTREMELY DIFFICULT HOA "RIVER SEA PLANTATION" regarding rules to remove trees it was a must to have a professional look at and give an opinion on trees marked for removal as my opinion was they were diseased with insect infestation along with being highly UNSAFE due to their proximity to the home. People around here complain about the cost of home owners insurance. Part of the inflated costs are due in part to insurers having to pay for homes damaged due to the BONEHEAD RULES by ridiculous HOAs effectively leading to catastrophic damage when trees fall on homes as a result of the uneducated moronic board members fighting residents on tree removal. When if those trees were removed it would take away one more thing to cause damage to a home not to mention the homes around the affected home. HOAs need to be class action sued by insurers when this kind of nonsensical damage happens as a result of their stupid decisions regarding tree removal. Of course the highly unethical and cheap home builders love these rules as it gives them excuses not to remove trees which saves them money. With that said the owners of A+ came to my home and saw the deplorable condition of these trees, and the immediate danger they posed to the home and the lives of my wife and I. They wrote a comprehensive professional report about these trees and we promptly removed them, as the belief by all concerned was if a storm of any category was to hit our home we would be in imminent danger of our home being totally destroyed and my wife and I possibly CRUSHED TO DEATH by falling pine trees. Apparently, these ridiculous HOAs value trees over HUMAN LIVES. A+ totally professional, stood by their word, did everything correctly, showed up on time, cleaned up the mess. I can't say enough about Krystal and her husband except to write a review and applaud them for a job well done. Anyone who lives in this area knows how difficult it is to get anyone to do what they're supposed to do. A+ is a step above all others and I highly recommend them

After 19 calls to them (15 voicemails left & ONE call returned) and over a year after their commitment to replace plants, they have finally completed the work. (Note: 3 replacements have since died and they refuse to replace them). I spoke with Billy Noble (owner) to get his help to get the work completed. He didn't like what I was saying so he hung up on me! Seems a business owner would want to understand why a customer is so frustrated with their service. Not Billy Noble. He shows his appreciation for his customers by telling them they're rude and hanging up on them.

After agreeing to do the work and taking my money, they did not complete the job according to what I was quoted. Left it such a mess I had to hire another contractor to clean up the mess he made. Tree stumps were supposed to be pulled per the quote and were buried instead. A huge mess. Communication was awful. They rarely answer phone calls or reply to messages. When I was able to talk with Nate he kept repeating that he would be going to the lot on this day and would not show until days later and the project dragged on for MONTHS this way! On top of the unfinished work, I have serious concerns about their lack of proper professional training, licensing, and insurance. Do not trust this company with your property or your money. Save yourself the stress and hire a reputable, licensed professional instead.
