They didn't hook up the exhaust properly, which caused monoxide poisoning over the last two winters. Our boys were having headaches and we couldn't figure out why. They did come out to fix it to be fair but only because I was really pissed. The most recent visit, they found the capacitor was bad. They charged us $370 to replace it and then said they would blow out the drain line while they're there just for good measure. Finally today, our other unit stopped blowing cold air. I reached out to them but they were more concerned about charging me a trip fee plus service even though we've been a good customer for 10 years. I definitely will not have them over anymore, especially after the safety of my family was in jeopardy, much less recommend them.

She explained that to do the job properly it needed to be over 70* and dry as possible. 8 days later the conditions were ideal and they came out to repair. I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name, he was great and explained the process and why they wanted to wait. How often do you have a company insist on doing the right procedures, and not just do a job. Especially on a vehicle and customer from out of town. I knew these folks were alright when I saw they closed for lunch. Keep in mind I've heard pricing on replacement windshields on these being 4,000-6,000$$$$.

We had a lot of issues with the drainage at the back side of the house due to the poor layout gutters design. I called the company many many times with promises that someone will call me back and they never do. I called back and "of course" another lame excuse. We are currently "improvising" till we get a decent company to complete ABU Gutters work!!!!
