I had to have MY HANDYMAN help with the fountain because Reginald's "helper" would not stop talking. Then I had to have another neighbor come with his tractor to lift the fountain. Reginald did not have any nylon straps so we had to get our straps to attach to the tractor to lift it. My handyman told him that there was a kink in the tubing but Reginald went ahead and put it back together without straightening the KINK. So now I have a fountain that is barely DRIBBLING water and ONLY on ONE SIDE. He will not come back to fix the mess he made. He said that he would CHARGE ME AGAIN to come back to fix it.
