I was warmly greeted at the entrance where I filled out my health information and instantly felt at ease with Hiro. Everything is clean and smells so great. We addressed issues I wanted to focus on and she got to work. It was a super relaxing and informative hour (I asked a lot of questions). She could tell me what I needed to work on based on how my muscles felt (hydration!) and provided me with a water with electrolytes. She put my feet into bowl, let them soak for a while. While I was sitting there trying to find remote which I couldn't find. She came back over and I asked her then, she got it for me. Wish she would offered it to me at beginning. She cut the nails, put scrub on them. Towel that was suppose to be hot to wrap foot around foot was cold. Before we started she petting her dog and didn't wash her hands. When done there went back over to the first uncomfortable chair. Had to lift my leg onto a pedestal to get toes painted.
