She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she explained everything before and during the massage. Before the massage appointment, we had a phone conversation and Sandra asked me if I had any areas that was bothering me. I mentioned my chronic neck and shoulder pain. She took some time out at the end to massage my neck, and it gave me some relief from my pain. I will definitely be back and try other massages she offers.
