The closing agents ALWAYS travel to me for the closing. They are being paid to provide a service and make things convenient. Mara refused to come to us for the closing. We had to drive OVER AN HOUR for the closing in downtown Canton. This is RIDICULOUS! Next, during the closing she wouldn't explain ANY of the of papers we were signing. She just kept saying "sign here and here". Well, what am I signing? She was more interested in talking to my realtor than doing her job correctly and focusing on us. Completely an awful unprofessional experience. In the future I will refuse to use her as the closing agent if the buyers request her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!
