As soon as you step in, you're transported to a peaceful oasis. The service is excellent and they take great care in curating an experience for their guests. As a titanium elite member, I was able to use points for my stay as well as nightly upgrade awards. We were in the Old Town Suite. What a dream! The room was huge and the terrace alone was larger than most rooms are. Every day, we were greeted by the staff with the elevator door ready and open. We got regular refills of water and chocolates on our pillow at night. We enjoyed the breakfast daily that was complimentary with my status. The breakfast was excellent! A menu of items made to order like Benedicts and omelettes along with pastries baked fresh daily and cheese and jamón! It was so impressive. We had a wonderful surprise waiting in our room. A bottle of Cava, berries, and a gift of candied violet flowers. Our room had a great view of the theater next door. The breakfast were pretty good. I had the eggs Benedict one morning, pancakes another morning. My only suggestion to elevate the breakfast experience is to offer the Imberico jamon and manchego cheese. These are national foods that should be celebrated, not hidden away.

Veronica offered an available room so we did not have to wait for our original booked room. We asked to see it first and she was nice enough. The room was better than expected. We were sold. For the small up charge it was worth it. The room had two balconies, spacious sitting area, desk area and a large bathroom. Considering European style bathrooms this was great! The shower was large and roomy. Veronica was good to let us know that we received free WiFi since we booked online. She also offered a mobile WIFI to use when we are touring the city! Awesome and how convenient to have WiFi available especially when we are using Yelp! The breakfast buffet is worth the daily charge. It has great freshly squeezed orange juices and a assortment of juices. There are a variety of cereals, granola, nuts and the best pumpkins seeds! Nicely toasted and crisp.
