Wanted $225 for a $40 adjustment. I called wanted an adjustment only which is $30-$50 cash at any chiropractic office and they insisted I get X-rays and full exam for $225. That's like going to get a $30 oil change knowing it's due then being told you need to spend $200 before you can get an oil change. Greedy scam artists for sure so avoid this place!!! read more

I love this place. It's one of the best chiropractor offices I've been to. The gals in the office are always super sweet and welcoming to all the clients. Dr. Kempinski is excellent! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. I always feel that I can ask questions and that they really care about me and my health. Well if you have $5k laying around then this place is for you. First time to a chiropractic facility and they scared me so bad I'll never go back. I had a slipped disc in my lower back, the Dr. there said for $5,500 she "may" have my back feeling better in 10 weeks. Then they try to push $50 vitamins at you left and right. I told them no thanks I'll check around, I would like to settle up with you and pay my bill. $800 later I didn't get any results and wasted my time. Not to mention 45 days later I get an invoice for $72 saying that I didn't pay for my blood work. read more

Dr. Kempinski and her staff are honestly the most friendly people I've ever met in a medical setting. Every day that I come into the office I am met by multiple smiles and their uplifting cheerful energy. I first came into Sandstone a couple of weeks ago after suffering for 5+ years from debilitating lower back pain/neck pain, and constant loss of feeling in my arm, hand, leg and foot from a pinched nerve. There were mornings where I would wake up completely unable to move my arm for up to half an hour and countless restless nights where I couldn't sleep because every way I turned I was in pain and uncomfortable. Sitting at work at my desk could be torture depending on what kind day I was having. Life was miserable. I'm 29 years old and I'm active daily but I was experiencing problems that someone my age should not have to know. I had gone to sports medicine doctors, orthopedic surgeons, and even a neurologist and every time their response was the same - muscle relaxers, heavy dosages of pain killers and they told me that in the near future I would undoubtedly need surgery. The medicine only masked my pain for a short while and I honestly felt helpless in my situation. In a last ditch attempt at healing I went to Sandstone one day. I see it everyday on my way home and i figured, what the hell I might as well try them out, what else could I lose? Previously I had viewed chiropractors as some type of "hippy type" medicine (lol). As a vegan, and someone who tries to find healing in any holistic way, I do not know why I waited so long to see them. I guess I was maybe afraid they'd hurt my back worse but I could not have been more wrong. After 3 weeks Dr. Kempinski and her staff I feel have started to give me my life back. I am starting to sleep normally again, I don't experience loss of feeling in any extremity, I can sit for more prolonged amounts of time without discomfort and I generally just feel happier and less moody! I remember the first day I went there thinking everything there seemed "hokey" and I felt a little foolish for being there but it really works and I was SO wrong!!! I feel like years from now people will begin to understand how important Chiropractic medicine is and how much it can help those who suffer from back, leg, arm, neck pain, etc. - almost like they are ahead of their time. I'm excited to see the progress that I will continue to make and now I look forward to a future that's pain free - something I truly never felt was possible. I can not stress enough how much I encourage you to visit Dr. Kempinski and see how she can help you - without medicine, pain killers or surgery. You will NOT regret it, I certainly don't.
