Initially it hurt. It REALLY hurt. Now, after 6 weeks I get barely any knee pain, have much more strength and mobility in my left leg and, for the first time in about 7 years, feel like a (semi) functional human being. And weirdly I've started to enjoy it, I'm even considering joining a gym! So a huge thank you to the guys in the physio department at city hospital. I really appreciate it.
