We're already planning our next trip to Wollongong. Update: this has become our favorite burger place. On more than one occasion we have made the 40+ minute drive just for lunch here.

It had a mixed crowd they were mostly young but to be expected on a Friday night. We were shown to the rooftop bar, as they were at capacity downstairs. It's not a tall building and you are dwarfed by other buildings but there are no windows looking down at you and it was a comfortable spot. Ordering is done through your phone at the table. Simply scan the code, pick what you want, paid through Apple pay and drinks arrived in minutes. Since we were hungry and had about 90 minutes to wait (9pm dinner) we ordered some fried cauliflower (good) and hand cut chips (bad/soggy and greasy). The cocktails were average and i would have been better off going for a beer or 3.. Overall a great venue but could use a bit more attention to detail in their food and cocktails. The service was friendly and i could have happily stayed for hours but had to move on to dinner. A summers evening would be brilliant on the rooftop bar.

Choose your filling, bread (sourdough or rye) and whether you want it fresh or toasted. I was worried about my sandwich being toast until I was told that they'd add the lettuce afterwards to prevent it from wilting. The food came out quick. My wife asked for soy milk in her coffee which they had run out of. However one of the staff went to the corner store, JUST FOR US, to buy a new carton. I was amazed by this. This truly was a selfless act and to me it defined what great customer service is. Our food came out quickly and tasted amazing. I ordered the hoagie sandwich. I know in The States a hoagie is this massive bread roll sandwich thing, but this being Australia they brought out a toasted sandwich which tasted just like a hoagie. Perfect down to the last bite. The staff are great company and extremely friendly. I want... nay, NEED to come back here to try some of the other sandwiches.
