Let me save you from horrible hospitality and costumer service. Recently attended my sister's Hindu wedding ceremony held here.
The woman in charge was extremely rude to the bride and her family. We respectfully asked for a little more time as events (as they usually do for weddings) were running slightly behind. Instead of her respectfully telling us it wasn't possible, she came to the bridal suite with bare attitude almost bringing my sister to tears on her special day.
During the actual ceremony I had to run back up to the bridal suite (which was behind the stage) without crossing the stage during the ceremony, as an important veil was left behind. I was then barked at by the woman in charge (and a female employee it seems she is training to have the same poor attitude),
"You can't go up that way. Go around the building." Mind you I'm running at full speed at this time to prevent the delay of the bride's entrance. Thank goodness for the kind male employee who was working (seriously the only kindness shown to us that day) who came with his key to unlock to the door for me. Took less than 30 seconds as the staff were all standing right there. So basically the woman in charge knew they could simply unlock the door for me, but attempted to sabotage the sacred ceremony by having me run all the way around the building, through the audience, and across the stage to access the bridal suite.
Oh wait there is more! The other female staff had the audacity to say to me with contempt, "There is a lot going on here," (mind you the venue is frequently rented for all types of weddings etc. so I'm not sure if she expected us to just be there doing nothing). I simply replied, "yeah, it's a wedding." So infuriating. It felt like prejudice. Save yourself the negative vibes on your special day and rent elsewhere!
I don't know what is going on in that woman's life that makes her so unhappy and causes her to project her unhappiness on others, but it's not okay. read more
