After extensive remodeling and hardwood floor refinishing, my next step was to have my air ducts cleaned. I called several companies for quotes. Most of the companies would not give a price over the phone, or the quote was extremely high. Jeremy was up front from the very beginning, explaining the process and giving me an exact price based upon my square footage. The price was more than fair given the work performed. The crew was very professional and friendly, taking care not to mar my newly-finished flooring (appreciate it, guys!!!) These guys were great. At first, I was hesitant, because it took a day to get a call back. However, I'm so glad I waited for them to call back instead of looking elsewhere. Wow...... very impressed with this company. I've used 2 other duct cleaning companies which were nothing but a COMPLETE RIP OFF. The 2 men who performed the service did not try to sell me anything nor were they just here to do the job. They genuinely care about what they do and explain the process from start to finish. Second time using these guys to clean our air ducts. Once at our home built in 1951 and recently our home built in 2000. It's crazy the junk they get out of your duct work! Both techs were super friendly and accommodating as we shuffled our cat out of the way and into closed off rooms to keep him from running outside. They checked the furnace out and recommended a few local places in case of any detailed issues with that. Their flat rate price structure made sense and made me happy. This company knows customer service! Great service at reasonable price. The company was very thorough by sending email AND text reminders of service appt. Eric was very professional, friendly, and informative on explaining and showing me before, during, and after the cleaning process. Was cool to see before and after photos of inside my air ducts. 5 Stars Hands Down! Jeremy was extremely helpful over the phone and offered us great pricing. They use this mobil app that lets you know then they're en route, and then when they are 30 minutes out. Super helpful. The guys that were sent to our house were very thorough. They explained to us exactly what they were going to do and showed us before and after pictures of our ducts. Great company, awesome service. I had the ducts cleaned at my mom's house that have had years of dust and two years of construction debris in them. The gentlemen that cleaned them were very nice and did a great job. I have pictures showing before and after and it is shocking. I had another company clean my personal ducts the week before and although they were excellent too, I did pay $200 more for the same service. I just had Eric from Sani-Clean clean our furnaces and Air Ducts. Our house was built in the late 70's and being of a contemporary design it has a, politely put, "complex" duct layout. Eric did a fantastic job. Very informative, explained the process, showed before and after photo's etc etc. Pricing was fair and I am very very happy with the whole experience. Great job by Eric and his crew! You could tell obviously our ducts had not been cleaned by the before pics in at least two decades, and by the time they were done they looked great and well maintained. Eric took the time to explain each part of the process, including a tool that resembles a weed wacker, which goes into the ductwork and loosens up the sediment for extraction. Heard about them on "Hire it Done" on 97.1 FM. Took advantage of the summer "Hire it Done" special which saved me a bit of money. House is 37 years old so had a decent accumulation in the ducts. Very happy with their work. They even identified some old water accumulation. Eric even blocked off an unnecessary vent on my cold air return so improve performance and keep ducts cleaner.
