I called "Simply Clean" the woman on the phone was sweet as could be and they just happened to have an opening the next day for me which is rare I was told. I was thrilled and went for it. Let me just say that next day I went to work not worring about anything. I knew when I got home that evening my house would be cleaned after specking with her. So not only did my kids call me after the cleaning and say ,"Oh dad you are gonna be so happy, the house is so clean!" but, when I got home I couldnt of been happier. Everything was clean and sparkling and smelling good. I did this without knowing anything about this service and I can say that I was one happy dad that day. Apparently when they clean, they finish my entire house too quickly to get a load of laundry washed and dried to remake the beds. Despite my requesting that she drop the sheets of at the local laundromat rather than take them home with her to clean, she took them home. This essentially lead to me not getting back some of my full sets of sheets, and getting some mismatched sets of sheets that included other peoples sheets. She also took a mesh platter cover home with her to clean it and never returned it. I was forced to fire her and spent months texting and calling to get my things back. She freely admitted via text that she had my sheets, but that she "couldn't be expected not to get peoples sheets mixed up" She repeatedly promised to either drop them off or mail them to me which she never did. I spent over 100.00 per queen size bed sheet set and had 5 sets that were never returned not including extra king size pillow cases that she didn't return. Do yourself a favor, beware of this person/company.
