He ran into some challenges with the skirting but worked them out quickly & did such a good job on both projects. His communication throughout was top notch. I always knew when he was expected & he let me know how things were going. He reliably showed up when he said he would. His estimates & cost of service were fair & accurate. It's disappointing, especially after they showed up and created the expectation that there would be communication afterward. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and communication has been frustrating.
