My neighbor had her driveway put in 10 years ago from another vendor and her driveway has never cracked. I only qualify due to my disability, and basically what they do is borrow off your equity to make safety repairs per their inspection. My equity allows me up to $20,000 for repairs that they allocated. Mr. Gosh seemed very understanding to the necessity of repairs on my home because I have no heat and cannot utilize my brand new furnace because of air duct damage and blockage. He called himself mobile home Genie cause that's all he does, (he claims). He even whet as far as claiming he was going to be here on a certain day to take measurements. My daughter had to take off work because I was unable to drive her in anticipation of his arrival of which he never showed up or called. I mean, If you're not interested, say so at the beginning, instead of leading someone on.
