The toasted fresh French bread was unreal, broth was onion and creatively flavored and not remotely salty as many FOS can be, topped off with a perfect local cheese. Served with a broiled tomato, peas and Shoshito type pepppers, absolute flavor perfection in local Huesca style. Unbelievably good.
