The owner, Diana never once called to warn us their helper was going to be late, had a problem, nothing! Completely unprofessional. Another guest said the man looked like he was hung over from the night before....great! I sent Elmo walking! Not only did I not pay him, he received nothing for a tip. My children went to a party at a classmate's home this weekend.
