They did not try to up-sell us, and were accommodating to our budget & last-minute changes. I have worked with other local vendors in the past, who provide similar equipment rentals and set-up services for special events and conventions etc. They notoriously sent very low bids on the front-end, and then tacked on all (relatively industry-standard) set-up fees etc after the event. As a savvy consumer, I encourage you to do your homework and always check out the competition; I'm definitely glad that I did! (I just wish I had found them years ago!) I'm sure we will use Veal Services again in the future for events at the BJCC. They are local, family-owned company. DJ Platinum did not play the songs from the list provided to him prior to the event and I noticed that he repeated one song several times. My daughter had arranged for her cousin to do a comedy stunt to a specific song, which never got played. The song was then requested by the bride's sister at which time, the disc jockey stated that he did not have the song. Needless to say, it was quite disappointing. Overall, I would maybe use him again but not for a major event like a wedding reception or anything like that.

But there was a line when we left. They have cute photo spots and a gift shop set up after the exhibit. This one is different than some of the other cities. There are bathrooms that are by the front doors and they were very clean.
