I've had my cushions redone twice, but with our recent move to the east bay the metal furniture needed refinishing. My Tropitone patio furniture needed now mesh slings after 10 years of sitting out in the elements 365 days a year. I purchased the replacement slings from Patio World who referred me to Santa Clara Powder Coating to have the slings installed. When I called, they could not have been nicer. I spoke to Judy who coordinates the patio furniture part of the business who coincidently had a truck in my area at the time. Within a couple of hours my furniture was picked up to be taken to their facility to do the work. After 2 weeks I received a call that the work was done. The furniture came back looking fantastic and was delivered by 2 men, one of which was an owner. He said he likes to go out and meet the customers and acknowledged how important his company feels about customer service. The bottom line in all this is that from my first call, to the pick up, to the delivery and the quality of the work, my experience could not have been better ... and all at a reasonable price! Was referred here because the first place I called couldn't sandblast something as large as I needed. The gentleman who helped me (can't remember his name but I believe he said he was he owner) was super helpful, squeezed me in next day and had them ready for pickup by the time quoted, even tho I dropped them off 2 hours after I had said I would. I was going to paint the items before putting them back on my car but they ended up being so well done I left them bare and installed them as is for a more industrial look. 10/10 would recommend, we even had a nice chat about cars while I was in the office paying. read more
