I had these guys powdercoat a bike frame for me. It turned out GREAT. The powder base was super thick and bright. They prepped the frame and had it turned around to be within a couple of days. Had my dirt bike frame powder coated by these guys, and the paint rubbed off after 2 rides. Paided $450 and was quoted from another shop $200. This place came recommended from a friend. I brought four stock steel wheels in for a black gloss finish. I was told due to the wheel construction there was a chance parts of the wheel could show some rough areas. I understood and decided to proceed forward as this is not for a show car. When I was called to pick up the finished product I could not have been happier. I wanted to make sure I found a shop certified to cerakote my Glock 19 Gen 3, so I checked http://www.cerakoteguncoatings.com/resource/locator/ and found R C Refinishing. I wanted the slide in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) and the frame in OD Green. I dropped it off on the 28th and picked it up today so it took 16 days. When I first came in they said it would take about 10-15 days, closer to 10. The long waiting period is my only issue, but it's not really a big deal. They did a clean job and the gun looks really good! Bottom line, i'll definitely recommend this place to some of my buddies. read more

I emailed them once or twice a week for 2 months asking for an update. They almost never reply via email. They never started my project. They lied on the phone and in person. They simply didn't want to work on my project and didn't own up to that. I send you all the pictures and answered all your questions and gave you more pictures as requested. You gave me a quote and then weeks later you tripled the quote without a reason. Then you lied and hoped I would go to the next best option. Just be honest next time and don't make a customer wait weeks. Wasted my time with them! read more

this place is cool..i got my Glock 22 Cerakoted here and it came out ok... i had some issues with how long it took to get it back they said it would take 2-3 weeks and it took over a month not only that but i never received a call from them telling me it was done like they said they would. the work they did came out good i don't have any issues with that. i might have just caught them on a busy month. i do plan on getting more work done by them and hopefully this time i can give a better review. pricing is pretty good i will say that. parking sucks. park in the street if you can. read more

Went by shop to have rim powder coated, agreed on price, $120-150 ready in 5-10 days. 10 days later nothing. Called and left message, no call back. Called again, owner answers and advises rim not even started, " this job takes 3-4 weeks." Remind him when Rim dropped off timeline advised was 5-10 business days. He immediately starts raising his voice and making excuses about lack of employees, etc... Then he straight up lies to me about date I dropped it off trying to cover his bad work/timeline. When I tell him I'm without a car and can't go another 2 weeks without car...he says, "That's not my concern." HORRIBLE!!! Customer service...can't recommend this shop...don't use unless you have unlimited timelines and like bad service!!! Shame on the kid who's father gave him a ready made business!!!
