In fact this would be your Disneyland. It is huge. You would need a few hours to browse through every thing here. I waited 20 minutes to then have to track someone down for them to tell me nobody was coming and that they didn't call someone, they just thought I would leave by now. This is on top of being ignored, run away from and intimidated by the security guard because I was standing and waiting in one spot for too long (where I was originally told to wait for help!). Contacted the manager who told me there was nothing to be done because they were short of staff (I'll just say that I was also the only customer in the store).

Aesthetically the tiles are wonderful, there is a very good range and the product is excellent value for the up-market look you are getting. The range covers so much-from Italian slabs, to mosaic jewel painted morocco tiles, fab picture tiles from Alice In Wonderland, the gorgeous Spanish plain washed tiles and the vast selection of French rural tiles as well as some Scandinavian ultra-modern glass tiles. Assistants are good on advice but the small shop can get very full, so be prepared for a long wait. If you are on a budget there is a room dedicated to Criterion 2, a cheaper range with some seconds and imperfects(which looked absolutely fine to me).You do not feel you are buying a budget tile at C2, just a bargain.
