After being very clear about what we wanted and specifically did NOT want, 2 out of 3 have now had to go elsewhere to get our haircuts fixed. My husband's "no line fade," had a distinct line all the way around his head with almost no fade. The top of his hair was cut a full 1/4 in or more shorter than he requested.
