The layers were choppy and it felt and looked like I had a staircase in the back of my head. The stylist straightened my hair and burnt my ear without asking me if I wanted her to. She then charged me for her to style it without me asking for it. It was a ridiculous experience all in all and I will NEVER return to this establishment. I had to go get a second haircut elsewhere to fix what the lady did to my hair which made me end up having to go extremely shorter than I had originally intended.
