I am attending a wedding out of town and needed some cash, contrary to their typically policy, they made change for me even though I am not a customer. It provided a positive impact on my day as I was crunch for time. Big shout out to Service Manager Anthony, not only was he extremely courteous with me, I was able to witness him handle a very busy store, provide training to new employees and effectively deescalate an anxious customer. Teller Elma was polite and efficient in handling my transaction. If Wells Fargo modeled each of their stores after this on in NE Philly, I believe they would greatly increase new business and expand existing. I certainly would consider returning if this proved to be a repeatable experience nationwide.

Only the last one is completely true. You get free checks...the first order. You get low fees...if you maintain a minimum daily balance of at least $1000. Heck, I can't remember the last time my bank account had that amount in it. Fees: if you use an ATM that isn't TD, they charge you $3.00 as a surcharge in addition to any fee from the ATM owner. Even to check your balance, because you know, overdraft fees are a pain, that's another $3.00. So let's say I'm someplace where I'm not getting a strong enough signal to call, and the app is down, you're now talking $6.00 on top of whatever you're trying to take out. TD likes to call itself "America's most convenient bank." Interesting...their only stores are along the eastern seaboard, so should you take a trip to Chicago, Vegas, LA, etc., they're certainly not convenient. One service they offer is currency exchange. I haven't tried this yet, but will before my next international trip. If they try to rip me off, their corporate office will hear about it. The good: -the hours -on the spot debit card The bad: -everything else

She really didn't know what she was talking about esp. with the overdraft fee that was charged to my account when their was money in my account. She already knew I wanted that back and she just closed out my account without taking that in consideration. I would suggest not going to that bank or any tdbank for that matter. I just switched my bank from tdbank to pncbank, the virtual wallet and it has many good things about it. A couple people I know have it and they love it.

Credit unions like Pffcu have some of the best rates for auto loans, credit cards etc. Yes the mobile experience may not be the best. but it's good enough. And can still do everything a reg bank can except little less. Customer service has always been great, and all branches are well kept up with good employees that are always there for you when you need help.. You can use Wawa and 7 eleven ATM and not get charged a fee. Up to 12 a month

It seems that customer service there have no clue - I have called a few more times - no money transferred yet - she says - yes I understand - but I do not see any transactions yet. I am beyond upset at this point - will go to a brik and mortar branch tomorrow - but I have not seen something like this before. They do not put me through with a supervisor or another specialist. I don't want to know if this is not the "branch"... it is Citizens bank - I am responsible at my job for whatever my co-workers do or don't do. I'd give them a big zero point if it was possible.

I waited 45 minutes and gave up.. once again plus there having to keep 500 dollars into my savings at all times is extremely to much and there never ending maintenance fees just keep coming out ... and most people can't afford to have there money just taken from them... it's time to move to another bank branch .. like wachovia bank.. they at least have multiple locations everywhere... haven't been happy with this bank for a long time
