Well, what had happened was the EV charger I was directed to prior to this one did not work. So because I was low on charge I didn't want to push it any further so I came here. I didn't know it was a dealership until I got close. I panicked. Hoping I'd be able to charge. The dealership was closed but the EV charger was very reliable as one would assume being posted at a car dealership. Had the dealership been open I don't know what that situation would have been like. But the charger was reliable and it was fast!

I took it elsewhere since that was insane to me and come to find out the previous dealership has put a GPS locator on it and for some reason that day after driving it and owning it outright for over a year, the GPS was activated and it would not start, it took the other mechanic about 4 hours to figure out the issue and I was charged $35 to take it off. I would of likely paid upwards of $500 if I would have allowed Prothro to look at my vehicle. I can not imagine why anyone would use their services.

Found this out Five days later when I was on my back in the bed installing a tun cover and seen that an off brand cheep bedlinner was covering up 7000.00 plus damage to the side wall of the pickup bed. when I returned to the dealer to complain the only thing the sales manager said you signed the paperwork that showed used in the upper left corner. This pickup was represented to me to be a new Demo. I reminded the salesman that it had to be a program Pickup due to the mileage being 17000 plus. l used to run the back end of a Chevrolet dealership. when I ask for the second set of key I was told that Ford no longer sends 2 sets. when I questioned where the owners manual again I was told you have to go online for that. when I returned the second time to see the owner they told me he never comes around but rairly. the general manager will not answer my calls nor return them. Buyer be ware. This dealership has the worst ethics known to man. All they know is Gotcha

Zero Customer Service! Traveling on 95. Jeep overheated…read more They don't have a key drop so left Jeep for repairs Sunday. Monday they say can't get part for 3 weeks however Napa has the part in stock but Service said they can't use customer supplied parts. I said Napa will deliver it to them!!! Nope . Basically too bad!!! Ken at Walker tire went to get Jeep and his business got it on the road in an hour!!!! I will never buy a Jeep again. They left a customer stranded!

Made service apt in person. After I left I realized I needed to change the time so I called back…read moreand said I just made an apt for next Monday @ 8:00 and I need to change it to 11:00. They confirmed time and date and pulled up my information on there computer and ask was it for my 2019 ram. I said yes and they thanked me for the call. Today I came in for service and I was told I did not have an apt. I pointed to there service log and showed him my name @ 8:00 and told him I had called back and had it changed to 11:00. He said he could try to work me in @ 3:00 or 4:00 Two trips to Manning. One to make apt and one to go in for apt. It will not happen again.
