I sat for 5 minutes in the lobby waiting for assistance......no one came by. Headed to the 5 tellers with my concerns and no one had a clue about the WF online banking, but they all use it and not really sure about my concern. Some if the other tellers instead of coming over, they just chirped in with little help. I finally got frustrated and said thanks for your time and I'll figure it out myself. Than a supposed supervisor said oh sir, have a seat and will be happy to assist you when we have time......now remember there are 7 employees and I'm the only customer........I again said I'll figure it out myself. Chalk this up again as another nightmare WF experience! Take your banking elsewhere!!!!!!! I'm wondering if Wells Fargo / WF should change there abbreviation to WTF......just missing the T, but would better explain what you get for service!!!

From mistakes on the closing documents, to the escrow account not being set up properly. First they don't pay my insurance company and then they pay for taxes on a property not tied to my account. They caused my escrow balance to shoot up and have only played the blame game and gave me the runaround. Here I am still trying to get my escrow account fixed after following up with them for almost 4 months. No one wants to help, they are useless and won't fix the issue that resulted from their mistake.

Once inside, the teller line was ten deep per side and the two tellers were quite busy, working at a feverish pace. I felt my needs were more of an office advisor matter, more so than one for a teller. A knock on the door, I was greeted, I sat and spilled the beans. Although sympathetic to me and my situation, getting some money was difficult & after my continuous badgering, they released me only fifty dollars. I had my original birth certificate, original social security card, passport (expired only 6 months --- next matter to address) but it wasn't good enough for more of my money to reach me. The service was excellent, I do understand the need for extra strict regulations on theft -- especially in a bank -- that's where they keep the money, but it was quite frustrating in the moment.
