I walked over to the table where the QR code is and the first question was to enter my Credit Union name and choose the one on the list, after that I was asked to enter my account number, then I had to take a picture front and back of my drivers license followed by, yes a selfie! and only after that I got a code that the teller had to input on the screen. If that is why is required now due to all kinds of fraud domestic and international so be it, in a way I feel that the inconvenience gives me a sense of security that my account is not going to be hacked. Apparently the withdrawal also requires the same process. Within moments of this, two young ladies came in the front door, I'm assuming from lunch. One of the ladies immediately logged in a got to work the other walked to the back and when she opened the door you could-hear loud laughing coming from inside like there was a party or something going on. Nevertheless, the line started moving. Then two women came from the back where we heard the laughing and playing going on and started assisting the rest of us customers. They stated that they were both working the drive thru. I don't know what type of nonsense is going on here but that is totally inexcusable. Not only where they just shooting the breeze while one lady was trying her best to get thru all the customers that kept piling up in the lobby also, I guess we must have stupid written across all our foreheads for them to say that oh we were working the drive thru still. To top it all off the lady that was working by herself told the lady that came in and immediately helped that she had been there by herself since the manager left to go to lunch. Like what the hell is going on here at this branch. Clearly several things need to addressed here. Like why a party is there going on in the drive thru when there are customers waiting in lobby?
