After calling the owners, they suggested "leave it in the heat, that should kill the bugs" when I asked the owners if they were okay with 14 children being exposed to ticks from their equipment and they offered a $25 voucher or offered to have someone come out and spray tick repellent over their bounce house. The tick repellent would be Dangerous to kids and animals as well. Their solution was "let's just pick it up and refund you to avoid a lawsuit."

The troubles began when it became apparent that the much-needed wedding chairs and architect were missing from the ceremony venue. As a result, our guests were left waiting uncomfortably, unsure of what was happening. The only silver lining during this frustrating time was the hotel shuttle buses, which kindly offered cool air and shade to our guests. However, this gesture was in no way the responsibility of the rental company and instead a result of the hotel's considerate staff. The lack of communication from LGS Events and Party Rental added insult to injury. They failed to provide any updates or information to the wedding party, leaving us in the dark about when or if the chairs and arch would ever arrive. This lack of accountability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, especially on such an important day.
