I was told they use main stream treatments. In other words, if a drug rep hasn't brought lunch then they won't consider a medication. Stupidly I have continued with this doctor for a few years. Despite having had 7 months to aquatint herself with a medication that I requested, she still hadn't bothered. The moment a physician is too busy to continue to learn, is the moment they should hang up their stethoscope. I have been so patient sitting in that office because they're so busy and have no regards to time. Today I had a 10:40 am appointment and was taken back at 11:40. The elderly couple who had a 12:30 appointment was seen before me. That's on them if they came early on accident. I'm seeking a new rheumatologist. I'm not a number. read more

Expect to be waiting minimally an hour to be seen by a nurse nurse practitioner or doctor. Also Dr. has a lot on her plate with thousands of patients and her own medical problems the staff can care less when you call and leave a message for the doctor you won't get one back after being her patient for six months she abandoned me decided she didn't want to treat me anymore because I was in pain and being annoying to her staff My time is valuable and I can't spend hours at a time waiting in the doctors office to be seen I also feel based on a medical condition that there should be under featured in towards the patient and not brushed off like it's not something serious when you're told you have a disease you're going to live with the rest of your life read more

Never called me back. Never got me my medicine after 3 months of needing it. Terrible "girls" in the office. Just gossip. I'm pretty sure no work actually gets done. Stopped going here and found another dr that got me in and out and my medicine within two weeks. What a joke of a place this was. Waste of time and money read more

Same thing with us Walked in and the woman at the front desk said we dont have any paperwork from your doctor, and she wanted HIM to call, we dont have a cell phone so she called. His appt was 140 and it was almost 230 still sitting there, he asked the girl at the office how long and she said I HAVE NO IDEA, and there were 2 people ahead of him also, if you are allergic to dogs they have one in the office THen they have the nerve to post a sign that they are going to charge you for being late HOW MUCH MONEY IS OUR TIME WORTH STAY AWAY read more

Dr. sanrioni and Michelle are both very nice, but....and this is a big but....I'm still waiting almost a month to get them to pre-certify the meds they sent to the pharmacy for me. I've called the office three times, and all three times been told by the woman who answers the phone that she would give them my file with the forms the pharmacy needed, and it's still not done. At this point I feel like the time to go for my appointment was wasted. There's no excuse for this. read more

Avoid this Doctor at all costs! I made an appointment with this doctor for my mom for 9:40 am, and they said to be there by 9:30 to fill out paper work. We arrived at 9:30 and filled out one form. 30 mins later the receptionist rudely said oh here I forgot fill out 4 more forms. 45 mins waiting I politely asked how much longer the wait would be? One of the two receptions snapped at me and said the "DOCTOR" was backed up. My mom is 92 and suffers with pain. At the hour mark waiting I asked again and the 2nd receptionist rudely told me if we did not want to wait we would have to reschedule! I said, I understand your backed up but it is not fair to make a 92 year old woman sit waiting for over an hour. We finally got in, and no "DOCTOR" we saw a PA. Who was very nice and polite. She gave us a script for blood work and x rays and we had to go back out into the waiting room, to rechedule for 4 weeks. I waited another 15 minuets for the receptionist to call me to the window and she said how about June 12th, the second receptionist rudely yelled at her and said no. The two began to argue, one saying I don't like your tone and the other saying if I was yelling at you, you'd know it while making a clenched fist. They left the room, argued, left me standing there and came back 5 mins later and then I got an appointment. The receptionist then told me your appointment is for 11am but expect to wait 1 to 2 hours. I said wait, you said the wait was so long today because the doctor was backed up. So does that mean you already know that the doctor will be backed up 2 months from now? Huh? She said that's just the way things are. Yes because you are purposefully over booking patients so you can make as much money as possible and not caring about them or their wait times. No apologies for the wait, no apologies for their behavior or rudeness. I am R.D. And have been in the medical field for many years. I have never been treated so rudely and witnessed such unprofessional behavior. We waited 1 hr and 15 mins, never saw a Doctor. The whole while, there was a parade of people coming in to pick up scripts for meds, phones ringing off the hook and total chaos, all the while one of them was eating a breakfast burrito.and yelling at one another like it was a rodeo. Saying patients names a loud and meds they needed, which breaks at least 5 HIPPA laws that I know of. This doctor should be embarrassed to have such unprofessional, rude, people representing her in the front office. When did kindness and respect for ill patients go out the window. Those two receptionist should find other jobs if they can't handle the pressure, all they want to do is take their hostilities out on waiting patients. This doctor needs to take a good look at how her practice is being run, unless she already knows and does not care. Doctors should feel privileged that patients are putting their care in their hands, not make patients think it is a privilege for them to give them an audience! read more
