The "installers" are actually dodgy independent contractors who are not part of this shonky outfit's workforce. As such, don't be surprised if they take a dislike to your old carpet , or YOU, and just decide to walk off. If that happens. You are _screwed_. They insist on 100% paid up front and wont think of offering a refund, even if they have delivered ZERO. In fact they may opt to extort even more money from you, relying on the "sunk cost" motivation. Based on my experience, Carpet Call are the "My Moovers" of the carpet industry.
