They give you the run down and provide you a locker key, robe, and towel. The ladies room was very nice and spacious. I booked the Boreal facial. It was one of the best spa services I've ever had. My esthetician was lovely and very skilled. All of their products were high quality and everything felt amazing. I was so happy with my glowing skin and relaxation at the end of the service. After your service, you have free rein of the grounds. We loved the warm lazy river, the thermal pool with a view of the river, the sauna, cold plunge, and various relaxation rooms. You can spend as much time as you want after your service. They have a restaurant and boutique shop as well. Visiting in winter was so fun. Watching the ice float down the river while in the warm bath was fun. I cannot recommend this enough!

We couldn't book any of the treatments or massages bcuz they were fully booked for the day, and we had decided to drop in last minute (taking advantage of their Black Friday Sale.) Coming from Toronto, ON I'd say we've been pretty spoiled with the Scandinave Spa up in Blue Mountain, which has always been our go-to... no other spa has quite measured up... including the Sky Spa. It was a lot smaller than we expected, but then again it is located on the top of one of Quebec's tallest skyscrapers. We were hoping to grab lunch there... and a couple of those cute cappuccinos with the heart designs, but apparently the "food truck" never came that day. So, we ventured to the Bulle bistro d'altitude fine dining experience next door! We're glad we did, as the Sky Spa didn't offer any refreshments, except for some tap water garnished with sliced lemons. It was our first time there and got a little lost inside. We couldn't find our way around and there was literally no one to escort us out to the patio, so we spent a lot of time wandering around. This is when we discovered the eucalyptus steam room (my favorite!) And the hot sauna room (Kristen's preference.) I think I saw a bar inside but it wasn't open. We arrived around 3p.m. on a weekday, so I'm not sure why the food and beverages had been shut down entirely, or why there was no one to answer any of our Qs. It would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine... or something. We took a lot of selfies on the hot tub patio, as there was no supervision to tell us otherwise, or to ask people to be quiet. It was more of a laid back, chilled vibe. Let's connect! To kick off our maximum relaxation day, my friends and I got lunch here and then got a massage before checking out the amenities of the spa. The basic Swedish massage was great! I enjoyed all of the heated pools, infinity pool, relaxation rooms with a fireplace, and cold plunges. There were so many cold plunges all around. I enjoyed the hammocks, various types of swings, infrared lounge chairs. It was nice seeing so many people relaxing there reading their paper books. We were bummed the lazy river was closed while we were there, but will definitely check out Strom Spa again next time we're around!

It was a nice blend of relaxation movements, stretching, rocking and therapeutic massage with oils. She pinpointed the neck and back areas where I needed more pressure and stayed clear of the areas I told her were tender and sensitive. In other words, she was very client-focused and listened and was extremely intuitive with my needs. Her hands have a warm healing energy, the massage table is heated and very comfortable and I found myself in such a deep state of relaxation that I was falling asleep at times. I strongly recommend this Spa (as well as the hotel & everything about it) and Josee as an incredible Masseuse! $150/90-minutes was well worth the way you'll feel after this perfect indulgence!
