Specialties
Our firm specializes in representing injured worker's workers compensation claims along with representing plaintiffs in personal Injury case.
Clients PAY NOTHING unless we win!
Specifically, our worker's compensation practice encompasses all areas of the law, including discrimination cases under Labor Code Section 132a, Post Termination cases, Serious and Willful Misconduct cases, as well as Vocational Rehabilitation and Homecare benefits for our clients.
If you have a work-related and personal injury resulting from the same accident, we create a 360-degree team by representing you on both matters which in turn allows us to maximize your recovery and obtain all benefits.
Our contingency fee arrangement is simple, we only win if our clients win. That means you never have to pay us a fee in advance. No matter how complex the case, clients in contingency fee cases pay nothing until we recover money for them. We only get paid at the successful conclusion of your case from the money we win for you.

Established in 2005.

Our firm has dedicated many years to advocating for injured workers, especially in all uncertainties brought on by the passage of Senate Bill 899 in 2004.
