The receptionist is not helpful, and Terry Lopez is never available. I hired David Issapour after a serious work injury where I drilled through my thumb on the job. Instead of focusing on my actual injury and my employer's lack of sympathy or giving me enough time to heal, the office tried claiming complete disability, which was not my main issue and ultimately caused more problems for me. David Issapour himself has been not helpful at all. I even managed to get his personal phone number, and he still does not respond. Because of the lack of communication, direction, and advocacy, I ended up losing everything. When you're injured and trusting an attorney to protect your livelihood, you expect guidance, responsiveness, and support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
