We chose Dr. Rajput because of her good reviews online, and the visit itself was pleasant. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful. That said, I want to share a warning for others: this practice breaks up what many consider a routine check-up into separate parts. Labs are ordered after the initial visit. Once the labs were done, my child received a message with the results attached, which mentioned "some abnormalities" but didn't explain them or their urgency. The message asked to schedule a follow-up appointment to review the results and noted that this follow-up visit would be billed separately as an office visit. While this billing information was included, young adults like my child may not fully understand the financial implications of a "separately billed office visit," which led to a surprise bill of over $250. The follow-up call lasted only 10-15 minutes and mostly involved general advice such as exercise, less sugar, that could have been shared in a message. For comparison, I also had labs done following my own initial visit that day and received detailed advice by message without being asked to schedule a separate appointment. It felt like the process was handled differently for my child, who is still learning to manage their own healthcare. I believe Dr. Rajput cares about her patients, but better clarity about billing and follow-ups would be helpful, especially for young adults. I am so glad I found Dr. Rajput at the start of 2024 after years with Kaiser. I felt like I was stuck with mediocre primary physician and doctors at Kaiser because the good doctor didn't take any new patient or I had to try doctors who were new to Kaiser system. But we kept Kaiser for years because of the convenience/supposedly the complete health services under one roof. I highly recommend Dr. Rajput for 3 reasons: 1) she's knowledgeable 2) she has a great bedside manner 3) she has good access to great specialists. I've had three serious situations this year where I really needed to see specialist, and after I spoke to her - she was able to immediately get me an appointment within one-two hours of that same day. i.e., an ENT specialist, where I wouldn't be able to meet any until 1-2 months later using my insurance network directory. read more

Please do not go here for your immigration exam as it will be rejected and the doctor doesn't care at all about correcting the mistake. Instead they will charge you the hefty $275 again for re-examination even though the form requires very tiny changes for correction. Update to Doctor's Response: It is the responsibility of USCIS civil surgeon to confirm that each and every guideline is followed before signing the form. I'm not really sure where to start....so here goes. I had a traumatic mental health incident and I was DESPERATE to find a doctor who could help me. first off, the office is warm and welcoming, and the front desk receptionist was amazing. I could immediately feel a calming presence . Afterwards, I had the opportunity to sit and speak with Dr. Rajput. Her demeanor, calmness and assuredness that she was going to be able to help me immediately made me feel like I was at the right place. She was kind and warm, and let me know that things were going to be OK. At that point, I wasn't so sure. However, she took the time to really get to know me, and to know where my head was and help me come up with some solutions to progress forward from my traumatic experience. It would be impossible to put it all in one simple "review", so I will just say that in many ways that day that I met her, that she saved my life. As hyperbolic and overdramatic, as that may sound, that was truly how I felt after sitting with Dr. Rajput. I came to Dr. Sapna for my medical exam. The whole process was easy to navigate. They walk you through things on their site itself. The reason for my review is that 1) I had to mail my forms asap but I didn't know if the report would be ready in time. I dropped by and spoke to Gabby, who explained to me that they do need some time but she'll do all she can to get it to me within a day. Sure enough it was ready for pick-up. My parents were visiting us from India and my mom had developed some severe back pain and i was trying to find what best i could do to alleviate the pain for her. I came across ParikhHealth and specifically Dr Rajput's profile (Thank you Yelp!!!) and did setup an appointment. We met her on the day of appointment. She was all ears to the issues/symptoms that my mom was talking about and was extremely patient in the whole process ( i have seen Doctors in the past that jump the gun with conclusions , amidst the discovery phase) . Her next step was to physically examine my mom and she made sure that she got all the angles and movements tested before she would conclude. Given that we did not have my mom's MRI/X-Ray from India she did her best to gauge the situation and suggest remedies. What we liked a lot was her not trying to suggest a ton of medication and instead rely on stretches/exercises/cold patching and a pain killer (last of last resorts) to treat the problem at hand. A detailed description of the stretches was provided and my mom has already started working on them with a hope that she can be fine sooner than soon before my parents have to fly back. About two months ago, I visited Dr. Rajput due to some elbow pain. She quickly diagnosed what was causing my pain and listened intently to my concerns. One of the things I requested was focusing on methods that were natural to recover as opposed to using OTC medicine. Considering this, she suggested several simple, yet very impactful intervention methods to assist in my recovery such as icing 30 minutes a day, getting an ergonomic evaluation for my office set up and going to physical therapy twice a week in her clinic. Dr. Rajput and her entire staff is very kind, caring and really want you to recover fully. Not to mention, she really cares about her patients and if she senses something abnormal about your symptoms, she'll investigate out of precaution for your health. If you are going for immigration medical, then never ever go there. It's a rip off. Don't believe what you hear on phone from front desk, they will tell you something else and actual cost will be different. Their fees for I 693 is $250, TDAP shot another $200. The test that they will write for lab will cost you another $300. And make no mistake lab will not use your insurance based on the code that will be in prescription, no matter what they say. Insane charges!! Total charges $750. There are many doctors who just take $150 for I 693 and there are others who does everything for $300. I don't know who in their right mind will go to them. Please do the research before you go. I was miscommunicated by what their staff told me at the appointment time over phone. But I am glad that I reverted back fast. Regarding Dr. Sapna's comment below: "It is unfortunate that your insurance did not cover the cost of the lab." Very funny. They didn't even ask me which insurance I have. And it is the lab that I was recommended by Doctor itself. They plain said that based on the code for immigration they don't take insurance for such tests "In regards to the Tetanus vaccination, we talked about this in depth and ways in which your insurance could cover the Tdap vaccine." Even funnier. The ways suggested was to make her primary care doctor and have another appt for TDAP. Other doctor I visited mention $40 for TDAP without insurance OR he said to just go to nearest walgreens and he mentioned that it will be covered at walgreens no question asked. These are the ways any helpful doctor suggests. So glad that I didn't fall in the trap of making PCP. read more

I visited the office of Dr. Sapna Rajput to get my immigration medical documents done. Right from the beginning to end, it was all smooth. Dr. Rajput understood my urgency and acted promptly so that I can be safe with the deadlines to submit the documents. Also, the staffs were professional, prompt and responsive. Dr. Rajput follows the codes and protocols accurately as prescribed by the USCIS and never opts for short cuts. She prescribes the tests and vaccinations as required by the code. The price was was clearly mentioned and there was no extra penny paid than what was communicated. There are some doctors in the Bay Area who does this for a lesser price by prescribing lesser number of tests than what is required, to attract more clients. Please don't opt them. They are not doing it the correct way. It is always better to follow the protocols correctly than to look for shortcuts and cheaper price. That way, you are sure that you wont face problems in the future. Dr. Rajput has tremendous experience and does it the way it should be done. I could not have asked for a better service. read more
