The guy behind the counter was really cool. He let me exchange the rice to the thin noodles, I got 1 Rangoon and 1 chicken egg roll, and my two entrées were beef & broccoli and honey walnut shrimp. This meal was very filling and I am definitely full and close enough to my brothers home. After eating lunch here, I shopped for spinach leaf lettuce, mushrooms, and I came back to Hy-Chi to purchase a $5.00 special spicy California roll to eat for later. I love this supermarket, it is always clean inside and outside. I definitely will keep coming back here as my brother lives so close! They even have different daily specials posted that change often. So way out east of town is the Phillip 66 which has some of the cheapest gas in the Lincoln area and in the whole Eastern end of Nebraska, and this is where I stop when I'm heading out of town back towards Omaha, and it's open late and is spacious and clean and cheap and friendly, and you couldn't really ask for a much better gas station to be honest.

Terrible terrible business practice. My daughter wrote a check here and made an error in her math,…read morethe check was returned. She owned up to her mistake and wanted to fix it with her next paycheck. The owners told her she had to pay it immediately or they would turn her in to the county attorney for writing bad checks and called several times, ignoring her request to make it right in 10 days, even sent threatening letters saying as much. I understand small businesses need their income to stay alive, but what are you saying about yourself threatening a kid who made a mistake with legal action. I wonder if the owners even realize that that $25 they pitched such a fit over has cost them about $200+/mo in business. I typically will go out of my way to support small business, but in this case, Our entire family (4 vehicles) happily drives by this place now and goes to Casey's to get gas.
