We've dealt with the leak for years and they won't return our calls or come out to fix it. I have had other roofing professionals look at it now, and they say the valleys were installed incorrectly and need to be totally re-done! Incompetence compounded by failure to take responsibility and honor their warranty.

In 2017 Greg's crew installed a metal roof over what we know now was all rotten. The contract called for wood replacement of 4 sheets Of plywood but if more was needed the cost would be more. Not a single piece of wood was replaced and I was never notified of a problem. The metal came off in the hurricane in 2018, 16 months later because it had nothing to hold on to. Greg was notified several times and ignored all requests to right the damages. The whole inside of my house is ruined. This wood was under the metal. No underpayment was use either.
