Barry came in and ripped out all of the bad work, fixed the Sheetrock, seams, hardwood floor issues and cracks; redid all of the crooked corners and trim work. Fixed the lumpy paint on the walls and rebuilt the stairs that cracked every time we walked on them. Batty was friendly, professional, worked hard with integrity, and did an excellent job repairing and finishing. The room finally looks like we had hoped, and we are so excited to use it. We would highly recommend Barry to anyone for any home improvement project. And his family is absolutely delightful. Love them all.

He also states the company has 50 years of combined construction experience. Garrett W. Odlin is in his middle 20's, and he has no employees. I had to threaten with lawsuits in order to get a refund for services he never performed. Lookup Rustic River Construction and excavation (Corvallis MT) as well. If you risk him have a signed rock-solid performance contract to include materials lists, performance stds/schedules to include penalties if not performed as per the contract/schedule. Do not pay him any $ until he personally shows up on the jobsite with the agreed to materials to begin the project.
