They have always taken cleanliness seriously (sanitizing tools and cleaning between customers, so it's no shock they take COVID precautions seriously as well. They don't advise you of that when you're buying packages. The bulbs in the beds aren't changed frequently. Twice in a row I got into an Ultrabronz bed only to find that half of the bulbs were burned out. The young brunette that is usually working there during the day on weekdays is always FaceTiming with friends or her boyfriend is visiting so I suspect that's why the beds aren't being kept up with. She did apologize for the error the second time and tried to make up for it...I'll give her that.

Only haircut I felt comfortable asking them for was a 2 on the sides, scissor cut the top. Haircuts always felt rushed and didn't seem like they took their time to make everything blend. Most recently I asked for a taper. I showed the gentleman a picture and video of my hair from another haircut. He quickly nodded and agreed. He then proceeded to shave my head and scissor cut the top. Haircut was done in about 5 minutes. I asked if he could continue blending it, which he agreed to, but all of my hair had been shaved with a 2 guard. Looks like I'm getting sent to bootcamp.
