I punched in Yelp and this jewel came up. I walked in and I was immediately addressed. The place is really nice. You can tell they believe in proper sanitation practices since they use bags in their bowls while doing pedicures. The customer service was impeccable, while I was there I witnessed 2 customers telling their tech that this needed to be fixed or that needed to be fixed. I personally didn't see that anything was wrong with their services but oh well. The owner made sure they were happy no matter how many times she had to fix something. Everyone was polite and professional. I absolutely love my nails. They are beautiful. If you are ever in the Dundalk area please stop in. You will not be disappointed. I will return, I was rather impressed. They also accept all the payment platforms...Yes-Venmo, Yes-Apple Pay, Yes-CashApp and yes your credit cards as well.

It wasn't the best experience. I was looking for braiding hair, which they have a lot of. I have a picture of the brand and the specifications from my braider but I could not find it. It's very disorganized in there. I ask the lady who's sitting in the front for help. She barely turns away from her phone where she's watching a video to tell me to try checking further down the store. So I go further back in the store. Looks like there's a hair salon/braiding salon in the back. There's someone sitting in a chair who I believe also works there. No assistance offered from her to help me find the hair either. After about another ten minutes of looking, I leave and go to my go-to beauty supply store where I walk in, show one girl what I'm looking for and she walks me to the product and asks if I need help with anything else. Customer service is key for me.

Atmosphere: it has a small but convenient waiting area & there are additional seating right outside of it due to Walmart. They are also covered. Shop set up: there are several pedicure & nail stations. They are very very clean and provide spacing between stations. There is no restroom in the shop itself, but they are located a few steps from the one in the Walmart. The hand wash station is always clean and they provide clean individual towels to dry your hands! Personnel: EVERYONE in the shop is skilled (not very common) I personally see Lehang Thi Le (Judy). She is exactly what I require: Perfectionist with a meticulous eye. My nails have always been amazing when she does them! She isn't rushed! I love her! She isn't a heavy talker. She likes to concentrate so don't take it personally! Her husband: Mike. He is quick & extremely skilled. You bring him a picture he got it! Their long time family friend Christy: She is much like Judy. Meticulous & a perfectionist. She is also not rushed! If you are looking to have a conversation...she doesn't mind small talk, but she is about getting her nails perfect! These are the 3 I recommend. The women who takes care of everyone before herself decided to treat herself to some self care and get her nails done! Upon arrival Mike the Owner took her. She sat and he began her nails. Several times he got up to take a phone call. After several more time my mother voice that she didn't like how he kept leaving to handle personal business. At that point he told my mother to get up and leave and she would never be serviced there again!! I was heart broken hearing how hysterical my mother was on the phone. Mike should be very ashamed for his actions today. Especially to someone who spends hundreds of dollars at your business!
