On my first phone call to inquire about their availability, she talked through the different sizes they had and gave me advice on which side I really needed. She did not try to talk me into a larger unit, which I really appreciated. The process for renting the unit was simple, and I have no complaints about any of the interactions I've had with her or other renters I've encountered on the property. The premises are clean and well-maintained. They've recently added a few more units on here, too. The entry gate is locked overnight to help protect what's being stored. You can get in with your accessed code from 6am until 9pm. If you're looking for a place where you can drop in and grab something from your unit any time of the night, this isn't for you. If you're looking for something secure, I think you'll be happy here. I chose Storage Solutions because of their automated system. You can actually rent a unit at their walk-up kiosk; you can also pay your rent here. This is helpful because the hours may seem odd--the manager works at the South location in the morning, then heads over to the location on Spring Clean Ave for the afternoon. Storage Solutions was an excellent location for storing my belongings before a move. I'll definitely recommend to anyone in the Terre Haute area looking for easy, friendly solutions to storage!

When I got to the south location, it was after their normal hours so I had to get everything set up through the kiosk. Unfortunately, the internet in that area sucks, so I couldn't get the help I needed when using the kiosk. I had the phone number though, so I decided to call. When Ginger picked up, she wasn't bothered at all that I was calling after hours and she was super helpful. At first I didn't get the storage unit I wanted because it was unavailable, but Ginger worked with me to get one that was big enough to fit all our stuff. I was really impressed by how patient and accommodating she was.

But I agreed. I told her I paid someone before the holidays but could not reach her. It was fir 2 people for 3 hours of deep cleaning and I paid $120. It was my whole apartment. Nicole quoted me $100. I was hoping she planned on 3 hours. She said it would be her and her husband when he gets off work at 5. We made plans for the next week. On the day I got sick. I called to let her know and she told me her daughter and husband had Covid anyway. What?? She never called me. I told her to please call me when her family is better. No call. Called Executive Pro Cleaning last weekend. Yes. They want to do it. I spoke with the husband who checked with the wife first. I offered Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. She chose Wednesday. Great. I called this morning to verify and yes. Yes we will be there a little after 5 when her husband gets off work. I asked her to call when she was on her way. 5:30?? No call . So I reach out. No answer. Left message. 6 pm no call. I reach out. No answering. Left message about how important it is. How I already have their money. How I do not care how late they come or how late they stay. I just need it done very badly. Please call asap. 6:30 no call. Left message again. I cannot believe they are doing this to me. Ghosting me??!! I cannot believe they are not going to be cleaning fir me and I have tomorriw morning to try and find someone else. Or.....do it myself!!! I am livid!! Who are these people to just leave me hanging? I saw that Elite Junk Management did storm debris disposal as one of the many jobs they will do for…read morehome owners. Although my job was more a situation of a huge, heavy, limb in multiple pieces I decided to send Elite pictures of the huge limb to see if they would be interested. This job was cleanup of a large heavy limb with lots loose wood and debris, much of which located in a good sized drainage ditch. The main limb was several hundred pounds that had fallen on our property taking out the power line and pole transformer on the way down. Eric of Elite came out the next day and provided a reasonable esitmate, which surprised me, as I did not expect them to be interested since this job really wasn't their specialty. Eric and Dillon came out a week later to do the job, but during that week we had another severe storm which took down another heavy limb on another tree. Eric gave us a price for both cleanups which again was very reasonable considering both cleanup jobs were heavy cleanups on steep hills. Elite Junk Management, although not in the tree business, did a great job on both areas. They stuck by their estimate and did a great cleanup of the general area after clearing the limbs. I would hire Elite Junk Management again if the need comes, and I would recommend them to a friend.

I called and was told that since I did not return a phone call last year that they would be unable to remove the new peonies until June. By then, they should be full grown. Very bad business on the part of Ms. Aly and her team. I am very disappointed in Wilson Lawn and if you are charging that amount of money for 15 minutes of work, you should back up your poor performance. I would not recommend their performance or their inability to guarantee their work.
