I called to let her know and she told me her daughter and husband had Covid anyway. What?? She never called me. I told her to please call me when her family is better. No call. Called Executive Pro Cleaning last weekend. Yes. They want to do it. I spoke with the husband who checked with the wife first. I offered Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. She chose Wednesday. Great. I called this morning to verify and yes. Yes we will be there a little after 5 when her husband gets off work. I asked her to call when she was on her way. 5:30?? No call . So I reach out. No answer. Left message. 6 pm no call. I reach out. No answering. Left message about how important it is. How I already have their money. How I do not care how late they come or how late they stay. I just need it done very badly. Please call asap. 6:30 no call. Left message again. I cannot believe they are doing this to me. Ghosting me??!! We requested services to clean a house - clean cabinets, floors, counters, bathrooms, ect. My…read moremother spoke to a gentleman so many times about what they were going to do, he assured they could clean water spots off the ceiling, would clean this, clean that, ect. We asked about carpets and was also told yes they could, for an additional price, which we agreed to. After they canceled/pushed us back two different times for various reasons, they came 2 different days. The spent 5hrs one day and 4hrs the second day. When asked about cleaning the water spots off the ceiling, the girl said, "oh we don't have anything to do that with", and it was never attempted to be cleaned (after the estimator specifically addressed they could take care of that exact concern). They broke one of the kitchen cabinet doors and simply set it on the counter with no notification to us that it happened. Cleaning counters and walls were also in the quoted price, and upon going into house, there was obvious marks on the walls and stuck gunk on the counters that we were able to easily wipe off ourselves, giving the impression no effort was put into those areas as well. The only items we left in the kitchen to be cleaned was the dining table and chairs, which were also not touched at all by them. Another major issue is their version of cleaning the carpets means vacuuming, NOT SHAMPOOING, which we paid extra for. Overall, we are not impressed with the MAJOR cost we paid for the quality of cleaning, the lack of follow through with what they said they would clean and didn't, and the scheduling issues they had. Would not recommend if you are looking for a good cleaning service. ​
