A few minutes later I received this message, "After careful consideration, I've realized I'm no longer the best fit for your hair needs. I want to make sure you're working with a stylist who can best serve you, so I won't be able to continue our appointments moving forward. I truly appreciate the time we've worked together and wish you nothing but the best." At first I laughed because it just struck me as very juvenile, but then I thought that this is a business owner who provides services to customers...when did it become okay for service workers to not allow their customers to state there wants and needs when getting a hair cut, massage, manicure, etc. I don't know if she took offense to the picture (I should have been offended, not her), or she just cannot take criticism, but either way it is unprofessional and I'm happy to move on.
