My 94-year-old dad's 88-year-old barber finally retired, and my dad has been looking for someone who can cut his hair the way he likes it ever since. Well, the search is over! Dulce, the owner if fantastic! My dad's hair is very difficult to cut and Dulce had no problem giving him a great haircut. She's not one of those stylists who just get out the clippers and set it to "two on the side and four on the top" kind of stylists. She uses scissors and gives a nice precision haircut. She cuts both men's and women's hair and kids too. The cost for a men's haircut is $25. It's a full-service salon, so you can get your hair colored, highlighted, permed, etc. there. Requested a wash, cut and blow dry ASAP. Dolce was able to squeeze me in that morning. Life is short. I need a wash-and-go haircut since retiring almost 10 years ago. I was maintaining a fairly natural looking red-head, and went here to get my hair touched up at the roots. There must have been some disconnect, because at the end my hair was bright red and completely fried from all the bleach. I would have been okay with the dye job, but it was patchy and stripey and the color was all over the place. Pictures are attached. Additionally, I paid an outrageous $260 for this hair color. I could have done a better job with a box dye from Walmart. The women were very nice and offered to fix my hair for free, which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1, but the pricing and quality of the work is just plain terrible. read more

At 1st I didn't want to try a salon that was only open on weekdays but after seeing the reviews I decided to try Alfredo's. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed that they are open Saturdays from 9-4. Diep did a great job cutting my hair just as I asked her to even though I didn't have a picture. Best hair my haircut I have ever received! I got my haircut by Kim. Her and her sister have over a decade experience of cutting hair. I asked Kim if she can cut my hair in layers that is suitable for my round face shape. After she finished cutting my hair, my hair looked way better than I could imagine. I got my hair trimmed by Kim, usually conversations with hair stylists can sometimes feel a little forced. Kim was very knowledgeable not only about hair, but she noticed I had breakouts and she gave me tips on what to drink, and how to help my breakouts disappear. She even brought me a complimentary tea bag so that I could try it before I bought it. The shop is small, they have two chairs, and a pedicure chair as well. What I loved most about this place is that they work fast and I really love that their clients are so comfortable around them. read more
