First, they cancelled my appointment without calling or texting me. When I said no to 225 euros for color and cut and said let's just do a cut and dry, the stylist never showed up the next day!! I came and the super disinterested staff member said, your appointment was cancelled. No call, no text. I rescheduled with a different hair stylist later that day (stupid idea), got a mediocre cut, was quoted 42 euros, and then was charged 55 euros. For nothing. No hairspray in the hair, no product, just a little blow dry, which lasted me a maximum of 30 minutes after I left the place. You don't even put one puff of hairspray, how long do you think this blow dry will last? Honestly, I am disgusted. When I questioned the 55 euros (I was very clearly quoted 42 euros), four hairstylists came to YELL at me, in front of everyone, that I was robbing them. Awful, awful experience. Would never ever go back.
