We had a very big celebration with a ceremony in one location, dinner in another, and dancing in a third. Sara, Elise, and Dan handled set up for all three spaces beginning early in the morning. They seamlessly coordinated with the team at our venue and with a bunch of our friends who were helping on a range of projects. I was really worried about being able to let go of details- months of planning and we were just handing it off. Very stressful! But Sara and the team handled it for us. When there was something out of place they got it fixed immediately. Sara and Dan also coordinated an EPIC dance party at the same time. So basically, they are magicians. And Elise. She is a champion. It felt like she was everywhere at once- helping bartend, setting up desserts, moving people from place to place... I was completely in awe.
