A series of brainstorming sessions full of laughter and whimsical at their offices, narrowing down the details as to the photos we kindly asked to be taken during the first-look and later after the ceremony during the cocktail hour (and with any vendor we would recommend that you be specific as possible and convey succinctly in writing what it is you're looking for and want), Mariah and Trish, having familiarity with our venue, were able to keep things well organized on our wedding day. They captured the best perspectives while also putting to great use the natural light and lens flares, all the while keeping our 2-year-old, precocious niece occupied and happy throughout the photography shoots. That says a lot and that takes a lot when having to deal with multiple, somewhat un-attentive family members and friends as well. The after-shots we received within about 2 to 3 months after the event were well organized and breath-takingly awesome, easy to view, download, and share with family and friends on the internet. A first-cut of our ordered album shortly thereafter. We are certainly pleased with choosing Mariah and Trish and would do so again in a heart-beat.

I had, so far as I knew, already hired Snap! to photograph my wedding, until they pulled a bait-and-switch. After I had spoken with a member of their team, agreed via email that I would hire her, received an email response back about how exited she were to work with me, and another email indicating from the company's owner telling me a contract would be sent out to me first thing the next day, I instead ultimately received a curt email letting me know that another couple had signed a contract for my same date that very morning and so no one from their team was available to work with me. Every other photographer I've spoken with has been kind enough to let me know when someone else even inquired about their availability on my date, while Snap! never indicated to me at all that anyone else had asked about that date, let alone that there was another contract being drafted or already floating out there, ready to be signed by another unsuspecting couple. They are totally unprofessional (not even returning my phone call, just responding with brief emails) and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My bridesmaids and I were all running late due to a mishap with our makeup artists, but no problem- Adam still made the most of it and took as many cute & fun "getting ready" photos of us before the ceremony! Then after the ceremony he made sure to go down a whole list that he had collaborated on with us and took pictures of every single family member and bridal combinations he could. He had us laughing and smiling the whole time! And he even helped my dad by being SO incredibly gracious and letting him take a few snaps of all of us with his special camera, too! My dad was so happy and impressed with Adam, and it warmed my heart to see how well he jived with us and the whole family. I have heard of people having bad experiences with photographers who are either too intense/demanding or too passive when it comes to taking the group shots but I must say Matt was perfectly efficient and politely directive. The videographers were present enough to capture the day fully yet we never felt that there were cameras in our faces. Our video came out so beautiful & looks so professional. A friend even commented that it should be the music video for "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran because of how well done it was. The one hold up we had was picking one of the licensed songs that they had to offer - this isn't a Blueflash concern since I'm glad they are paying for licensed song but the main website they use just didn't have some of the songs we had originally thought of. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately provided a second option for buying our own songs & ultimately newer songs were uploaded to the original website so it all worked out!
