My stylist greeted me in by name, led me to my chair and asked me what were looking to do. I told her just a little trim to get rid of the dry ends and a little face framing to bring it together. And boom! She quickly trimmed up my hair, making sure it was even from all angles, even checking in to make sure we were aligned on how I wanted the face framing pieces and I couldn't be happier. Just sad I didn't get to catch her name because she was awesome and made the whole process so pleasant! Would 100% recommend to any ladies looking for a routine trim at a great price. The automated wait system should be a great value add, but the wait time shown in the app blossomed from 45 minutes, to 90 minutes, then dropped back to the original time, and then back up... only to be filled as a "next available" customer with no explanation.
